Mandatory Bidders Conference:  On Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. there will be a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit at Maintenance & Operations Office, 120 Kent Ave., Kentfield, CA 94904 for the purpose of acquainting all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Project Site.  It is required that all prospective bidders attend this conference. The failure to attend the conference may result in the disqualification of the bid of the non-attending bidder.   Parking permits will be issued 10 minutes prior.
